Terms & Conditions

Please read and understand the following terms and conditions as they are binding for all ticket purchases.

  • Ticket prices are stated in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit) or USD (US Dollar).
  • Price and ticket information is subject to change without prior notice.
  • All conference pass sales are final and non-refundable. Subject to approval of WCIT2020 Sdn Bhd, you can request for reassignment of purchased ticket to another individual by emailing to hello@wcit2020.org. Request must reach the organiser via email by 1 September 2020.
  • The resale of tickets is prohibited. WCIT2020 Sdn Bhd reserves the right to cancel any ticket that has been resold. 
  • By submitting any personal information when you purchase a Ticket or when registering for the Conference, you agree that WCIT2020 Sdn Bhd may collect and use your personal information, including the transfer of this information to other countries outside of the country of origin of the personal information, processing, sending further updates and information through your personal devices by WCIT2020 Sdn Bhd, its Affiliates, and Sponsors—including offering of products/services. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse any ticket holder admission or reject orders that do not comply with regulations.

 

Return & Refund

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Refunds will not be provided for any ticket purchase. We do not provide credit, refunds, or prorated billing. In such a circumstance, you reserve the right to transfer your ticket(s) to a third party at no additional cost by submitting your ticket transfer request through the following email: hello@wcit2020.org with clear subject mentioning : Ticket Transfer. 

Request must be received by the organiser by 1 September 2020 and respond will be provided before the conference begins.

In the event of force majeure, which results in the cancellation of the event, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a refund in the same amount paid.
